Friends of the Singing Lions
Currently, The Penn State Singing Lions is a student-run organization with a faculty advisor. Thus, we are limited in our sources of income to pay for our expenses. Our shows require staging, costumes, sound systems and other equipment that constantly need replacement, repair or improvement. Also, we have services to pay for, such as publicity and music.
For all the reasons stated above we have created the "Friends of the Singing Lions", a group that can help us meet such expenses. To become a "Friend" of the Singing Lions we ask for a small donation that would help benefit our ever growing program.
In return, besides the satisfaction of knowing you are helping a group of talented, young people, you will receive newsletters throughout the year advising you about our activities, tour itineraries, and feature articles about the cast & crew of the Singing Lions Show. You will get credit listing in the Fall and Spring Show programs and you can get reserved seating for those shows.
